'Within Yew' Test Prints
For many years I have deliberated over writing a blog. Well, here it begins in earnest after a couple of failed attempts down the line. I was prompted today to post this whilst working on the test prints for a project that has been on my mind, also for some years. The project is called 'Within Yew' and takes a marvelous two thousand year old yew tree as its subject. I have visited this sacred place on a number of occasions and I am always grateful for its wondrous existence. As I work on the project I am also producing a 'Making Of' booklet charting the steps and processes that go towards a final exhibition print. I would like to share some photographs of the test prints that I made last night and today in the studio.
